Can you tell me the names of the great guys who were on my job? I only knew Brandon by name, but I would like to send a little appreciation note to them (maybe a small gift certificate to Dominio's!) They really are good at what they do and reflect really well on Scott and the company. Great thanks to Scott for helping out a very stressed (and kind of scared) customer and to you, Christine, for taking all my calls! Every contact I had (including you) was professional, pleasant (even better really friendly), courteous, and helpful. I have done business with your office staff on several occasions. Some months back I had a storm drain cleared and recently having my son's gutter line to the street drain cleared. Every time the ladies in the office have been so courteous, patient and down right pleasant to do business with. I have thought if I were to ever own a business myself I would want to hire employees just like yours. It is so refreshing to receive that kind of attitude over the phone since it is so rare. I would appreciate it if you would pass this on to the owner of the company so he knows that customers also know what I'm sure he knows that they are special.
